A culinary experience combining the challenges of cooking with the philosophies of contemporary leadership.

Effective leadership is central to the success of any business or organisation. “Leadership” offers a viable and original corporate training experience. During the workshop participants will unwittingly explore the fundamentals of Transactional, Transformational and Distributed leadership models through hands on practical cooking tasks.

The exclusively designed culinary workshop will take your staff on a journey beyond cooking, where core principles of the Design Process (learning by doing) are applied to the discovery and appreciation of the three leadership modalities.
